Built for contact centers first. Engineered for a much bigger problem.
PathSteer is Ronicity's underlying session-continuity technology. It combines session-state preservation, network intelligence and recovery coordination to address a fundamental weakness of conventional networking: when the connection disappears, an active session often disappears with it.
When only one connection exists, PathSteer's session-continuity architecture is designed to retain state through a disruption, allowing the interaction to recover when connectivity returns or another participant takes over.
A second internet connection is not required for session recovery.
When multiple network connections are available, PathSteer's accelerated packet-processing technology can steer traffic toward an alternate usable path.
This helps reduce interruption to active traffic while maintaining a stable network anchor.
Our first commercial focus is contact-center continuity, using the underlying PathSteer architecture. Over time, the same technology is intended to support broader deployments across:
Contact centers are our first market. Session continuity is the broader mission.
Standalone PathSteer networking and endpoint deployments are part of Ronicity's broader product roadmap, not the initial contact-center offering.
A customer interaction can involve human agents, AI assistants, contact-center software and multiple networks. Ronicity's continuity architecture is designed to coordinate recovery when one of those components becomes unavailable.
If an agent loses connectivity, preserve the customer-side interaction while the agent returns or another agent takes over.
Support continuity between automated assistants and human agents so the customer doesn't need to repeat information already collected.
Use retained interaction state and supported platform integrations to restore or reestablish the conversation when an application fails.
Where multiple network connections and PathSteer path-continuity capabilities are deployed, traffic can move to an alternate connection when the original path degrades or fails.
Different failures. One goal: preserve the customer's experience.
Ronicity's core technology has undergone controlled testing across connectivity loss, network failover and interaction recovery scenarios.
Moving an active customer interaction to another agent.
Maintaining active sessions during underlying network-path changes.
Recovering session continuity after connectivity is restored.
Retaining session information to support recovery rather than restarting from the beginning.
These results demonstrate the potential of the underlying architecture. We're now focused on productization, platform integrations and preparing for initial customer pilots.
Testing results reflect controlled environments and do not represent production-wide service guarantees.
We're engaging select contact-center operators, technology partners and prospective pilot customers.
